Merger -  Heralding a new era for CDB with business as usual

Further to previous announcements, we are pleased to advise that our merger with Hayes Knight (Melbourne) Pty Ltd formally took place on Monday, 7 January 2013 and the whole of the CDB firm has been relocated to Level 12, 31 Queen Street, Melbourne. Our combined firm is operating under the name of Hayes Knight (Melbourne) Pty Ltd.  Please refer to the Hayes Knight website by clicking on the link in red above.

All of the services previously provided by CDB are continuing and in fact expanded through Hayes Knight.  Existing clients of CDB should expect business as usual, albeit under a new name.

Hayes Knight Melbourne is a well established and respected independent member of the national accounting network Hayes Knight and the worldwide affiliation of Morison International.

We decided to merge with Hayes Knight Melbourne and become part of the nationally represented Hayes Knight Group because we believe that a larger organisation will allow us to carry on our vision of continuing to improve the scope and quality of services that we deliver to our clients. An outcome of this merger is that we have more people on board who will be able to focus on our growing clients’ needs as part of our full service offering so that we are able to ensure that we are providing the best, most effective and specialised service level possible.

Whilst we have moved to a new office location, as above, the offices of Hayes Knight are also positioned in Queen Street (just down the road from 350 Queen Street). These recently refurbished offices at Level 12, 31 Queen Street are just as accessible as those of our previous premises with client parking available and ample public transport able to bring you right to our doorstep.

Our new contact number is 03 8613 8888.

We chose Hayes Knight because it is a firm that shares the same values that we do of always putting the client’s needs first. Hayes Knight (Melbourne) Pty Ltd is one of nine progressive and independent offices that the Hayes Knight Group has across Australia. Together we can build an even better and stronger firm whilst continuing the tradition we have for providing an excellent level of service, deep knowledge and industry expertise, and an environment our clients and associates embrace.

If you have any questions about this exciting news that is heralding in a new era for CDB and what it will mean for you, please contact us at any time. We also look forward to introducing you to some of our new Partners and Team Members.
