LogMeIn is a secure remote access system that will allow CDBiT to provide technical assistance by remote controlling your computer over the internet, as if we were sitting in front of your computer with you.

Under instruction from CDBiT Support Personnel, please click here to Download and Install CDBiT's LogMeIn Free Host software (it takes about 2 minutes). 
 
Please Note:
  • The above link is specific to CDBiT and only CDBiT Support Personnel will be able to access your computer remotely via CDBiT's LogMeIn Free Host software.
  • Only individuals with a valid username and password for your computer will be able to log in. 
  • You will always receive an on-screen notification when an attempt is made to access your computer.
