Environmental and social sustainability is important to the day to day business practices of CDB. CDB strives to reduce the environmental impact of the firm's activities and continue its community support partnerships as a means of contributing back to society and the local community. Environmental and social issues create opportunities to be innovative and introduce practical solutions rather than just meet basic compliance. Our partnerships with Carbon Planet and our Workplace Giving program underpin this philosophy. Carbon Planet identifies carbon management systems for businesses and CDB will be relentless in its ambition to minimise the environment impact of its operations. CDB is also mindful of the need to help our staff and clients lead healthier lifestyles and encourage them in developing their own green and social initiatives. At CDB, we believe it is important to actively support local charities and community groups. We provide Pro Bono services to a number of Not-for-Profit Community organisations and a number of CDB Principals hold Board and Committee positions with various Not-for-Profit Community organisations. CDB Team members regularly participate in Fund Raising Events incuding MS Summer Cycle and Around the Bay in a Day cycle (The Smith Family). The groups listed below are supported by various members of our team via our Workplace Giving program:
